Atmosevere

Atmosevere is a project led by Sasha McMahan, whose strong interest in meteorology inspired her to raise awareness about natural disasters and the profound impact they have on families and communities. Through research, personal stories, visuals, and educational materials, the project highlights how events such as hurricanes, floods, wildfires, earthquakes, and tornadoes can disrupt daily life, destroy homes, and create lasting emotional and financial hardship.

The goal of the project is to help people better understand the challenges families face before, during, and after a disaster. Sasha travels to areas affected by natural disasters, meets with victims, and participates in volunteer relief efforts. Through these experiences, she emphasizes the importance of emergency preparedness, community support, and resilience.

By sharing real-life examples and practical safety information, Atmosevere encourages individuals and families to take proactive steps to protect themselves and support those affected by disasters. Ultimately, the project aims to inspire compassion, preparedness, and action so communities are better equipped to respond to natural disasters and recover together.
